What do you think of when you hear the word \u201cCommunity\u201d?<\/span><\/p>\n

It has many definitions and connotations. Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines it as: <\/span><\/p>\n

a unified body of individuals: such as<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b>the people with\u00a0<\/span><\/i>common<\/span><\/i><\/a>\u00a0interests living in a particular area;\u00a0broadly<\/span><\/i>:\u00a0<\/i><\/b>the area itself; t<\/span><\/i>he problems of a large\u00a0community,\u00a0<\/span><\/i>a group of people with a common characteristic or interest living together within a larger society\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cPeople with common interests\u201d, is a prominent definition and for good reason. A sense of community means working, living and enjoying activities together, which is invaluable. We work together, play together, eat together and worship together. \u201cCommunity\u201d is not just a buzzword. In the Gaithersburg, Maryland area, \u201ccommunity\u201d is how we live making it one of the best places to live in the country. Not to mention, it was recognized for being the \u201cmost diverse city in America\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
