WAIVERS
Please remember that every jumper that you intend to invite to your party/event will need to have a waiver on file signed by a parent or guardian (if the jumper is under 18). You can provide them with this link to complete the waiver online: https://rockinjumpmadison.centeredgeonline.com/waivers
If your attendees do not have easy internet access, it is acceptable to have them bring in a signed, printed waiver. You can download the printable waiver here:
PARTY MENU
We encourage you to consider ordering pizza, platters of chicken tenders, fruit or veggies & pitchers of fountain drinks from our on-site cafe for your party.
