Let me catch your attention by saying “Awesome” customer attention. I ordered what I thought was gift cards that would be mailed to me. No where did it say I would have to print tickets or a confirmation # and go in to get the cards. I do not have a printer and am handicapped and had no way to go get the gift cards. I called to see if there was any way they could send them via mail. I explained the situation. Stephanie Courtillier took charge, apologized for the misunderstanding and made sure I received the gift card that were Christmas gifts. She was sweet and understanding and really went out of her way.I really wanted the kids to be able to go there because my physical therapist recomended it for the kids.
