In addition to amazing birthday parties and special events, Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park prides itself on its fun-for-everyone open jump times. During “open jump” time at Rockin’ Jump, families and friends jump on our floor-to-wall trampoline squares. Open Jump admission also gives guests access to our Dodge Ball courts, Basketball courts, giant foam pit, and video game arcade. You can maximize your fun during Open Jump time with a little preparation and by following these tips…

1. Reserve your open jump time in advance.

To ensure your entire party gets to jump at the same time, reserve your open jump time online in advance. On weekends, especially, we often fill up quickly, so you may not be able to walk in and ensure you get the jump time you want without a long wait.

  1. Fill out your waiver online.
Save valuable time by filling out the waiver online. You can also print the waiver and bring it with you. Jumpers under the age of 18 will need a legal guardian to sign the waiver for them. Guardians and jumpers and over the age of 18 must bring photo ID to Rockin’ Jump in order to jump.
  2. Print your reservation.
Print your reservation (or save it on your smartphone) and bring it with you to Rockin’ Jump so we can get you into our system quickly and get you jumping promptly at your appointed time.
  3.  Dress appropriately.
Trampoline jumping is an action-packed, strenuous activity. You’ll want to wear cool, comfortable clothes. Athletic clothing or everyday clothes are fine. Even though our facility is air-conditioned, you will get warm from all that jumping. Don’t worry about shoes. Our Rockin’ Socks are required to keep you safe, they can be purchased when you arrive for $3. Hoop earrings, studded belts, and sharp objects are not permitted on the trampolines.
  4. Read and understand our rules.
Safety is our number one priority at Rockin’ Jump. We are a member of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) and follow the American Society for Testing and Materials standards when it comes to our equipment and safety procedures. This means our trampoline equipment is the safest you’ll find. But in order to stay safe, our guests must use the equipment properly. Read our rules before you arrive, and review the rules with younger jumpers so they understand what is and isn’t allowed.
We have a special jumping area for toddlers, so you can be sure they are jumping with other children their size to increase their safety.
  5. Arrive early.
Arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled jump time so you can check-in, take off your shoes, secure your valuables and still not miss a minute of jumping fun. Larger groups or families with young children may want to allow a few more minutes to get everyone settled in and ready to jump.
  6. Secure loose items.
Secure your keys, cell phone, money, jewelry, and other objects in one of our equipment lockers available for rent, or by giving them to a non-jumping member of your party to hold. We are not responsible for items lost on the trampoline court or in the foam pit.
  7. Have fun!
Most importantly, we want everyone at Rockin’ Jump to have fun. Listen to attendees stationed at each trampoline, follow the rules, be respectful of other jumpers, and it will be easier to have fun.
