If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), you have the right to request to know about the personal information we hold about you and the right to request that we delete the personal information we collected from you. Please note that any request to delete personal information will be subject to verification and review for exceptions to granting the request as provided in our Privacy Policy [insert hyperlink] and under the CCPA.

To submit your request to CircusTrix (Sky Zone, Rockin’ Jump, and DEFY brands), you can either call us at [insert phone number] or by filling out the form below. If you are submitting this request on behalf of another person, please fill out the information in the form on behalf of the person for whom you are making the request.

Please note, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling any of these requests. Only you, or an agent authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. We may require the authorized agent acting on your behalf to provide written permission of your authorization and require that you verify your identity directly with us unless you have provided the agent with power of attorney. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

In order to verify your consumer request, you must:

1. Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized agent.

2. Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity, or identity of the agent authorized to make the request, and confirm that the personal information relates to you.
