We Have Everyday Activities.
For bigger, more experienced jumpers – our large, main court is lined with trampolines across the floor and up the walls. This is where you’ll see some of the Gate City’s finest exhibitions of athleticism and acrobatics every day!
Especially for smaller, younger jumpers – the youth court offers supervised jumping with the reduced risk of being bumped by larger kids. Here is where newcomers develop their skills and confidence to grow into other jumping activities.
To practice flips and jumps – we have our large pit deeply filled with blocks of foam. It is ideal for those Triad acrobats who want to launch from the trampoline, practice their airborne activities, and land softly as many times as they like.
For those who don’t want to jump – our arcade and snack bar provide hours of fun games and a variety of delicious food and drinks along with tables where you can rest and visit with friends and family.
If you like competition – the dodgeball court has a continuous line of folks waiting for the next refereed game, and the trampoline basketball court is available for slam dunk practice.
We Have Specially-Scheduled Greensboro Events.
“Airobics” – A low-impact bounce workout on our Greensboro trampoline court. While you enjoy the exhilarating feeling of being lighter than air, you will be strengthening core muscles, building stronger bones, strengthening your heart, improving blood circulation, reducing stress and burning calories with your jumping activity! From March 10 through May 7, classes will be held 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday and 9-10 a.m. on Saturday.
After Dark – Teen After Dark, for jumpers ages 13 and up, and Family After Dark for all ages are held on select Saturday evenings from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. Experience some high-flying fun with great music, LED lighting, and neon-glow necklaces, and T-shirts.

Rockin’ Wednesdays – Jump for two hours for the price of one! Every Wednesday you can jump for 2 hours for $14
After Dark – Every Friday and Saturday from 7 pm – 10 pm come jump for 2 hours under the LED lights for $20
